Shiwaitaoyuan Park

Shiwaitaoyuan Park is a beautiful scenic spot, fifteen kilometers from Yangshuo, known locally as Shangri La.
It is an area with mountains, caves, bridges, rivers, wooden houses, and people who practise delightful local customs.

You will see lots of traditional products such as: embroideries, wax printings, wood carvings and so on. You can also see the process of the paper made from the straw or bamboo. There are lots of tools used in daily life or farming before, such as mill, pestle, loom, plough, rake and so on.

You can also do a local dance with, experience the customs that the local girls throw embroidered balls to the boys to express their love.
